These terms set out the agreement between you and Sütyen when you browse our site and place an order. Please read them before shopping.

Welcome to Sütyen. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published here applies to your order at the time you place it.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to provide accurate account and delivery details and to use the site lawfully. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy our content without permission.
When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation by SMS and/or email — this acknowledges your order but does not yet form a contract. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, the address is outside our delivery area, or we suspect fraud), and we'll refund any payment already made.
We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa/Mastercard (via SSLCOMMERZ) and Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh. Online payments are handled by secure third-party gateways; by paying you also agree to their terms. For Cash on Delivery, payment is due to the courier when your parcel arrives.
Delivery times and charges are described on our Shipping Info page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please keep your phone reachable so our courier can reach you.
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to the hygiene and condition rules on our Returns & Exchanges page. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel can only be returned if unworn, unwashed and with tags and the hygiene seal intact. Faulty or incorrectly shipped items are always eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Loyalty points and rewards earned through Sütyen Club have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or change under the programme rules. We may modify or end the programme with reasonable notice.
All content on this site — including our name, logo, designs, text, images and code — belongs to Sütyen or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
We provide the site and products with reasonable care, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
