How do I find my correct bra size?

My size feels between two options — which do I choose?
If you're between band sizes, size down for a firmer hold and use the back hooks to fine-tune. If you're between cups, size up for comfort. The first size exchange is always free, so there's no risk in trying.
Will the Fit Finder recommendation actually fit?
Our recommendation is accurate for most body types, but everyone is unique. If it's not quite right, exchange for a different size free of charge within 7 days.

What payment methods do you accept?
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa/Mastercard (via SSLCOMMERZ) and Cash on Delivery anywhere in Bangladesh. All online payments are processed securely.
Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across all 64 districts at no extra charge. Pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as it hasn't been dispatched, yes. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll update or cancel it.
Do you charge VAT or hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The price you see includes applicable taxes; delivery (if any) is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
1–2 business days inside Dhaka and 2–4 business days elsewhere in Bangladesh. Full rates are on the Shipping Info page.
Is packaging discreet?
Always. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box with no product names or branding on the label — your privacy is our promise.
How do I track my order?
Use your order number on the Track Order page, or follow the tracking link we send by SMS once your parcel is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can exchange or return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. See full conditions on our Returns & Exchanges page.
Can intimate apparel be returned for hygiene reasons?
Yes, provided the item is unworn and unwashed with tags attached and the hygiene seal intact. Faulty or wrongly shipped items are always fully refundable.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return, sent back to your original payment method or your bKash/Nagad/bank account.
